Education Summit 

The North Carolina Chamber's Education Summit focuses on building and sustaining strong education and workforce development systems that are effective, agile, accountable, and continually produce a competitive, world-class workforce. This summit will engages business leaders in a discussion of the role they can play in ensuring the state’s students are well-prepared for the jobs of tomorrow. Topics have included:
  • What changes can be made so that students are motivated to stay in school and graduate with the necessary skills to succeed in college, career and life?
  • How can our community colleges and universities best meet the demands of businesses looking to locate and/or grow in North Carolina?
  • How does the North Carolina education system compare to the country as well as the rest of the world?
