10th Annual Economic Forecast Forum - January 3, 2012 > Sheraton Imperial > RTP
This decade-long tradition presented by the Chamber and NC Bankers Association provided the first outlook for North Carolina business in the new year. This 10 year anniversary event was sponsored by Fifth Third Bank. Attendees heard from national and statewide economists, business leaders and lawmakers to get insight on what's to come in 2012! The agenda featured Keynote Speaker: Kevin Kabat, President and CEO, Fifth Third Bank. It also featured: Harry Davis, Economist, and Bob Ingram, General Partner Hatteras Venture Partners. Many came early for the special preliminary session to hear from Bill Johnson (Progress/Duke Energy) and Tom Skains (Piedmont Natural Gas) with an energy update in N.C.

70th Annual Meeting -  > Durham, NC / RTP |  March 14, 2012
Annually, this is the Chamber’s flagship event presented by Duke Energy. This year was extra special as it marked our 70th anniversary. Historical keynote speakers have included North Carolina Governors, Fortune 100 Company executives, and in-demand business leaders. Dr. Nido Quebin, Author, President of High Point University, and Chairman of Harvest Bread Company flattered us with his remarks this year's meeting. We also honored our Distinguished Citizenship and Distinguished Public Service awards. Human Resources Conference > Concord, NC | May 3, 2012
